Since the end of the Cold War, multiple geopolitical events have rendered people seeking protection in other countries. Some people make perilous journeys to find a better life. Averroes Foundation will support displaced individuals and those fleeing crisis regions to allow them to be able to stand on their feed, proudly and become independent and responsible members of today’s global society.
Sustainability and the Environment
Through our responsibility towards our future generations, Averroes Foundation plans to sensitise and mobilise today’s populations on moving towards a greener and cleaner future. Through various non-formal education methods in training events, workshops, learning-by-doing and experiential learning, Averroes Foundation will constantly work to support all individuals have the right to a future that is sustainable, where we act responsibly towards the environment and are well prepared in the face of adversity.
Digital Learning
Averroes Foundation will offer workshops at schools and online and provide mentoring to high school and university level students with the desire to study emerging technologies and careers. Our goal is to inspire children and young adults to visualise how technology and entrepreneurship is impacting their world. We will use educational workshops, mentoring and connecting with business visionaries and instructors with diverse careers and cultural expertise.
